Jingle Timeline

For the last four weeks of this semester we will be working on a Jingle project. This involves finding a short film, or TV add and re creating all the audio, from narration to music composition. After this working in groups we need to create a website to house our jingles collectively and present them to the world professionally. I have chosen to re-create a 5 minute

Korean tourist add. The add has no narration but involves composing 5 minutes of flowing music that would suit the beautiful cinematography in the clip, as well as recording around 20 different pieces of foley to accompany what is happening in the video.

For this project i have made a rough project timeline that i will follow to ensure i complete this task on time and to the best of my ability.

By the end of week 9: I will have picked what video i will be re composing, and i will have finished analysing the video and writing down what needs to be done.

By the end of week 10: I will have sourced a portable field recorder and recorded all of the foley i will need for the video.

By the end of week 11: I will have composed most of the music for the video and i will be showing my peers to get feedback on what i have done and implement those critiques into my work.

By the end of week 12: I will have inserted the foley into my video and done the final mixing of both music and foley. I will be helping my teammates create the website that will house our videos.
